The Downes Building, located at 74 High Street, Mystic, was constructed in 1980 to house MRHS' archival collections. Visitors are always welcome during our office hours:
Tuesday, 9am-noon
Wednesday, 1-4pm
Thursday, 1-4pm

Donate to the Archive
The Mystic River Historical Society actively collects photographs, books, small artifacts, personal papers, account books and ledgers, genealogies, maps, city directories, correspondence and other documents related to Mystic and its people from the earliest recorded history to the present day.
