On Monday, May 25, 2026 the MRHS was proud to participate in the Mystic Memorial Day Parade. We owe a special thanks to the Mystic VFW for commemorating Mystic's Civil War dead and recognizing the society's efforts to identify all of the Mystic men who were killed in the war, to Marilyn Comrie for speaking on the Civil War Monument, to Chick DeStefano for building the Portersville Academy float and to the Potter family for carrying our banner!
