On April 27, 2026, Frank Fulchiero presented a history of the modern commercial passenger-carrying sailing vessels that sailed out of Mystic, from the MYSTIC WHALER to the ARGIA. Frank designed and built the 81’ schooner ARGIA in 1986, and his presentation drew heavily on his 30 years of personal experience sailing commercial vessels in Mystic.
